Who is Councilmember Susie Muñoz?
Councilmember Susie Muñoz is a long-time resident of the City of Granger. Her passion for volunteerism evolved from witnessing the first-hand knowledge and heart work her mother demonstrated in the concept of paying it forward. Councilmember Muñoz’s mother naturally instilled the foundation of limitless love for family and community. She enjoys planning and participating in various City of Granger events and activities and extends this joy throughout in partnership and collaboration with neighboring cities and communities.
Experience
Councilmember Muñoz served as past Secretary and Vice President and currently serves as a standing member of the Granger Lions Club. Furthermore, she served as a member of the City of Granger Civil Service Commission and the Granger Alumni Association. Her extensive years of experience within community engagement and involvement yields her increased opportunities to network and enhance her community knowledge and understanding of the communities which she serves and belongs to, particularly the youth and the golden aged communities.
