CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Trevino called the meeting of February 26, 2019 to order at 7:00 p.m., and advised that the meeting was being video and audio recorded.

MINUTES

It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to approve the minutes as written.   Motion seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

CITY COUNCIL

Ordinance 1330

It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to adopt Ordinance 1330, authorizing an interfund loan from the water/sewer reserve fund to the Irrigation Fund.  Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

MOTION CARRIED 5-0

BILLS

It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to pay the bills of February 27, 2019 in the amount of $42,052.26.  Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.
