CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Trevino called the meeting of December 27th of 2018 to order at 6:00 p.m., and stated that the meeting was being video and audio recorded.

It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to approve the minutes as presented. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution 2018-09 Salary Schedule
It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to adopt Resolution 2018-09, a Resolution for the 2019 Salary Schedule which outlines the different departments and pay for each position within that department. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.
2 for Councilwoman Gonzalez and Councilwoman Estrada. 2 opposed-Councilwoman Sharp and Councilwoman Villarreal. Mayor voted in favor.

Resolution 2018-10 Cost Allocation Plan
It was moved by Councilwoman Estrada to adopt Resolution 2018-10, a Resolution for the 2019 Cost Allocation Plan that shared costs are fair and equitable to other departments. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

Addendum to Indigent Defense Service Contract
It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to amend the Public Service Defense Service Contract. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.

Ordinance 1323 Amend the C/E Fund
It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to amend the C/E Fund in the amount of $135,000. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.

Ordinance 1324 Amend the Street Fund
It was moved by Councilwoman Estrada to amend the Street Fund in the amount of $26,000. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

Ordinance 1325 Amend the EMS Fund
It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to amend the Street Fund in the amount of $600. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.

Ordinance 1326 Amend the Public Safety Fund
It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to amend the Street Fund in the amount of $7,000. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.

Ordinance 1327 Amend the W/S Fund
It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to amend the Street Fund in the amount of $25,000. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.

Ordinance 1328 Amend the Garbage Fund
It was moved by Councilwoman Estrada to amend the Street Fund in the amount of $43,000. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.
