CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Trevino called the meeting of October the 23rd of 2018 to order at 7:00 p.m., be advised this meeting is being video and audio recorded.

It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to approve the minutes as written. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

NEW BUSINESS
2019 INTERLOCAL CORRECTION/DETENTION AGREEMENT WITH YAKIMA COUNTY
It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to enter into the 2019 Interlocal Corrections/Detention Agreement with the Yakima County Department of Correction. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Estrada

It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to pay the bills of October 23, 2018 in the amount of
