CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Trevino called the meeting of July 27, 2021, to order at 7:00 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING ON THE WATER SYSTEMS PLAN
The public hearing on the Water Systems Plan began at 7:01 p.m., before the regular Council meeting. Hearing nor receiving any comments the public hearing closed at 7:02 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution 2021-07 Water Use Efficiency
It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman to adopt Resolution 2021-07, A Resolution adopting the Water Use Efficiency Goals and Measures for the City of Granger. Motion was seconded by Councilman Isiordia.

MOTION CARRIED 3-0
Clerks/Public Works Contract
It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to enter into the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Clerks/Public Works unit, contract period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2024. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Guzman.

Shoreline Master Plan Contract Amendment
It was moved by Councilman Isiordia to enter into the Professional Agreement amendment to Granger Shoreline Master Plan update increasing it by $1,667.00. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.

Resolution 2021-08 – Economic Impact Initiative Grant
It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman that Resolution 2021-08 be adopted. A Resolution of the City of Granger establishing and authorizing the Chief Administrative Official to submit an application to the USDA Rural Development, EII Grant. Motion was seconded by Councilman Isiordia.

It was moved by Councilman Isiordia to approve the minutes as presented. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.
