OPEN HOUSE:  SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM (SMP) PERIODIC UPDATE

The Yakima Valley Conference of Governments is working on an update for the Shoreline Master Program for the Cities of Grandview, Granger, Mabton, Toppenish, Union Gap, Wapato, Zillah and the Town of Naches.  The review is to assure that the new SMP complies with applicable state law and guidelines in effect at the time of review, and to assure consistency with the jurisdiction’s comprehensive plan and development regulations.
