 CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Trevino called the meeting of December 8, 2020 to order at 7:12 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS

Yakima County Dispatch Contract 

It was moved by Councilman Isiordia to enter into the Law Enforcement Assistance Agreement with Yakima County Sheriff for their dispatching services in the amount of $38,884.44.  Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Guzman.

Resolution 2020-08 – Adopt the 2021 Salaries for the City of Granger 

It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman to adopt Resolution 2020-08, A Resolution 2020-08, A Resolution Adoption the 2021 Salary Schedule for the employees of the City of Granger.  Motion was seconded by Councilman Isiordia

Resolution 2020-09 – Adopt Cost Allocation Plan

It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to adopt Resolution 2020-09, a Resolution of the City of Granger approving the 2021 Cost Allocation Plan   Motion was seconded by Councilman Isiordia.

Resolution 2020-10 – Acceptance of the Dean Avenue Project

It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman to have the City of Granger adopt Resolution 2020-10, A Resolution of the City of Granger, Washington, accepting completion of the Dean Avenue Waterline Replacement Project.    Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Sharp.

Resolution 2020-11, Adoption of the Financial Policy    

It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to adopt resolution 2020-11, A Resolution of the City of Granger, Washington adopting a Financial Policy for the City of Granger.  Motion was seconded by Councilman Isiordia.
