CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Trevino called the meeting of April 9, 2019 to order at 7:00 p.m., and advised that the meeting was being video and audio recorded.

It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to approve the minutes as presented. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.

NEW BUSINESS
Technology Services – Yakima County
It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to enter into the Inter-Local Agreement with Yakima County for Technology services in the amount of $1,380.24. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

Pacific Office Automation
It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to enter into the Image Management Contract with Pacifica Office Automation for the rental of a copy machine in the amount of $115.99 a month. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

It was moved by Councilwoman Estrada to pay the bills of April, 2019 in the amount of $40,948.44. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

It was moved by Councilman Isiordia to confirm the appointment of Steve Araguz to the position of Chief of Police to the Granger Police Department. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.
