CALL TO ORDER
Was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Trevino

EXCUSED ABSENCE
It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to excuse Councilwoman Sharp for the last two Council meeting. Discussion: Councilwoman Villarreal suggested that starting in January that Council adheres to the RCW for three consecutive meetings missed. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez. MOTION CARRIED: 3-0

It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to accept the minutes as written. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

NEW BUSINESS
Ordinance 1268
It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to adopt Ordinance 1268 An Ordinance authorizing the City of Granger to charge a fee for the rental or use of the Scout Cabin. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez

Ordinance 1269
It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to adopt Ordinance 1269, an ordinance authorizing payment of claims or other obligations of the City of Granger by check. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

Resolution 2016-10
It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzales to adopt Resolution 2016-10, a Resolution adopting the 2017 Salary Schedule for the employees of the City of Granger, which is subject to change upon approval of Public Works/Clerks contract. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.

It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to adopt Resolution 2016-11 a Resolution setting spending limit guidelines Motion seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.

Technical Assistance Agreement
It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to have the City of Granger enter into the Technical Assistance Contract No. 010117GR in the amount of $5,000.
Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

Ordinance 1270
It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to adopt Ordinance 1270, amending the 2016 budget in the Current Expense Fund. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.

It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to adopt Ordinance 1271, amending the 2016 budget in the Public Safety Fund in the amount of $900.00. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal

It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to adopt Ordinance 1272, amending the 2016 budget in the Federal Housing Rehabilitation Grant Fund in the amount of $170.00. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gonzalez.

It was moved by Councilwoman Gonzalez to adopt Ordinance 1273, amending the 2016 budget in the Water/Sewer Fund in the amount of $20,000. It was seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.

It was moved by Councilwoman Villarreal to adjourn the meeting of December 27, 2016. Motion seconded by Councilman Isiordia. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
